That waterstone is a monster. The largest I have and that's what makes it so useful and easy with sharpening. Overall, I am very happy with it, perofrmance is good, water consumption is good, gotta be a little careful with it, Aotos are on the softer side, but it's a superb stone. Details in the review.

Added information pop-ups for long running operations. I.e. Sort and Show/Hide column functions that take considerable time now display pop-up window for the duration of the operation. So, you don't have to guess if the browser is hanging or what else...

I got it back for sharpening, and during the weekend I'm gonna sharpen, test against the Tojiro Flash Santoku. That's more valid comparison compared to 270mm Sanetsu ZDP-189 gyuto.

Added Kova 57 tool steel, which is the AISI M7 tool steel variation, and added over a dozen new standard names for the AiSI M1 tool steel, AiSI M7 tool steel, AiSI L2 tool steel.

Added Tatmo, Tatmo V and Tatmo VN steel compositions. Tatmo is the AiSI M1 tool steel and Tatmo V and Tatmo VN are AISI M7 tool steel variations, where Tatmo VN has Nitrogen.

Seems like that AISI 10xx series never ends. One more alloy that is used in knives and was missing from the chart, AISI 1069 steel. One would think AISI 1070 steel is pretty much the same, but may be someone can get 1069 cheaper or something...

Man... That AISI 10xx series never end. Found out that AISI 1064 steel was also used in several knives, by several makers. Added more standard names to the following AISI 1055, AISI 1060 steels.
