Miroshi Deba ( 身卸出刃)

See Shigefusa Kitaeji Miroshi Deba Kitchen Knife review. *Provided Kanji translates as Mioroshi Deba which is the correct spelling, however, incorrect Miroshi is pretty much de-facto translation in western world.
