Sujihiki ( 筋引)
- Also Sujibiki. Long, narrow, thin blade knife for slicing cooked and raw meats and cleaning fat. In Japanese, Suji means tendon, Biki - pull.

  • Blade Length Range - 210-360mm(8.27-14.17")
