7Cr13(GB) - Budget stainless steel, several knife companies started using it, including US and Chinese companies. That includes SOG, Browning, and countless and nameless Chinese knockoffs. For the record, those supposedly "Chris Reeve one piece knives" made out of 7Cr13 steel are also fakes. Chris Reeve uses better alloys. All in all, 7Cr13 is an entry level stainless steel. Somewhere between AISI 420 and AISI 440A steels.
