E1.30%(Outokumpu) - Carbon steel, similar to Hitachi Shirogami 1 steel, with extra Chromium not present in Shirogami 1 steel, and not as pure in terms of contaminants (Phosphorus and Sulfur). Chromium is rather trace amounts than anything significant, so it won't affect stain resistance, perhaps carbide formation. Should be able to attain high working hardness. Good performance with acute, high polished edge.

Manufacturing Technology - Ingot

Country - United Kingdom(UK)
